Work In Progress...I've randomly decided to start learning how to use Inkscape when I'm supposed to be studying to my externals. Yay for procrastination!

This may come a bit late, but which tutorial did you use to learn inkscape? I tried learning by doing, but it's even worse than Photoshop.

Start by learning how to use the Beizer curve tool (it's pretty much the only thing I use), just play around with it and learn how to do simple curves to it. Then you can try changing the joint types, which can vary from sharp, round or flexible (just hold down ctrl and click of the joints themselves to switch).
